After a successful RFP procedure, AE was appointed as the sole supplier to Zuva Petroleum Zimbabwe, to supply new look signage across their network. Zuva provided a basic conceptual branding outline, and from there AE developed the full signage and branding identity, and signage product specifications. AE goes green with Puma Energy.

AE was appointed by their client Puma Energy to manufacture and install the fuel retailer’s first solar and wind powered main identity (MID) pylon signs. The structures, which both reached a height of 15 meters, were installed on either side of the N3 highway at Puma’s service station Roadside between Vrede and Warden. Not only are the MIDs the largest of their kind for the PUMA brand, the signs are also pioneers in the field of more energy efficient advertising displays.

Baía Mall Project, Maputo - Mozambique.

In the second half of 2017, AE Plastics was contracted by Stefanutti Stocks, in co-ordination with DBM architects and Metrum project management, to be the selected signage supplier for their Baia Mall Project in Maputo.

Baia Mall is a new 25,000m² shopping centre on the main tourist stretch of Maputo’s seafront, Avenida Marginal. The initial overall project cost for the centre was 55 million USD.

Cosmo Mall Bridge - Malibongwe Drive.

After having completed the internal and external signage for the 22 000m² Cosmo Mall, AE was contracted by the owners of the centre to take on another project: signage on the pedestrian bridge crossing Malibongwe Drive. The mall is situated on the Eastern side of Malibongwe Drive, with Cosmo City, a large and dense residential area, situated on the Western side of the busy main road.
